摘要
根据HSE管理体系的基本内涵,分析了压裂作业中的风险因素。制定一个比较完善的HSE变更管理体系,规避风险,使得生产过程中环境、健康、安全得到和谐的统一。
According to the basic connotation of HSE management system,risk factors in the process of fracturing operation are analyzed.Meanwhile,It is pointed out that establishing a more perfect system of alternation management contributes to avoid risks and make environment,health and security in the process of production unified harmoniously.
