摘要 圆弧形扭曲面钢模板支护在施工实践中由于结构较为复杂,制作安装难度较大,消耗人工、材料较多,成为施工中的一大难题,文中根据工程实例介绍了大圆弧扭曲面拱坝模板支护的制安技术,由于采用钢模板与木模条、内拉钢筋与钢筋拱架等组合创新设计,使原本费工费料的支护难题得以克服,新设计使得这种技术变得简单,实用,有效。 Application of steel form with circular arc-shaped twisting surface is a difficult problem in engineering construction practice,because this form's structure is more complex,its manufacture and installation are difficult,the consumption of manpower and material is much more.Based on an engineering practice,the paper introduces the manufacture and installation techniques.Because of applying some innovatory design ideas such as composing steel form with wood form slip,inside tensioning reinforcement steel bar with steel bar arch frame,the puzzle that the manpower and material were consumed so much for applying the past technique,has been overcomed eventually,and the new design makes this technique simple,practical and effective.
