Application of steel form with circular arc-shaped twisting surface is a difficult problem in engineering construction practice,because this form＇s structure is more complex,its manufacture and installation are difficult,the consumption of manpower and material is much more.Based on an engineering practice,the paper introduces the manufacture and installation techniques.Because of applying some innovatory design ideas such as composing steel form with wood form slip,inside tensioning reinforcement steel bar with steel bar arch frame,the puzzle that the manpower and material were consumed so much for applying the past technique,has been overcomed eventually,and the new design makes this technique simple,practical and effective.
