在公安工作中,刑侦人员职业口才集中体现了职业修养、职业道德素质和思维习惯素质。在侦破工作中,刑侦人员主要围绕着案件真相与犯罪嫌疑人展开口才交锋。在教学实践中,要实现口才教学的能力培养目标,就必须加强口才训练。刑侦人员职业口才训练应以思维模式优化为训练核心,以心理素质优化为训练基础,通过观点交流与确立观点的反复训练,灵活自如地把握口语规律,适应口语表达中的千变万化,来解决工作中突现的疑难问题,从而更好地为公安实践工作服务。

In the public security official＇s work,the professional eloquence of criminal investigators embodies the occupational accomplishments,conscience and thinking habits.In conducting concrete criminal detective work,criminal investigators cross swords with suspects by speech craft.In the educational practice,the training of eloquence should be enhanced to realize the teaching target of eloquence education.The training should focus in optimizing the thinking mode and be based on the psychological factors.By the training of opinions exchange,the trainees can master the eloquence rules,resolve the problems in work and serve the police practice better.
