摘要
针对2010年3月山西发生的220 kV及以上输电线路大面积风偏问题进行了调查与统计,分析了风偏故障的主要原因及形成机理,提出了提高设计水平、采用差异化设计等建议,供今后输电线路设计参考。
Based on investigations and statistics on the wide-covered wind deviation of the 220 kV and above transmission lines occurring in March 2010 in Shanxi,this paper analyzes the main reason and the formation mechanism of wind deviation,and puts forward suggestions as enhancing design level and adopting differential design,for the reference of future transmission line design.
