摘要
针对武乡和信发电有限公司1号机组空冷岛外壁上结有不均匀白垢的问题,通过对现场设备、环境的考察及对垢样成份的能谱试验分析,得出管子外部积聚的飞灰经内部喷雾水溶解后,游离出的强碱性物质腐蚀了散热管子表面的镀锌层,形成了白垢,提出了减缓或避免进一步结垢的建议。
The white scale formation on the surface of air cooling pipe of Unit1 of Wuxiang Hexin Power Generation Co.,LTD arouses attentions.The inspections on the equipment,environment and the energy spectra analysis on the sample of scale lead to the conclusion that the scale is formed by the following reasons: the coal ash outside the pipe surface is dissolved by the water sprayed inside,therefore,the alkaline substances dissociated make the Zinc coating corroded,thus scale being formed.In this paper,suggestions are made to slow down or even avoid the scale formation.
