通过对锅炉低温过热器管3次泄漏原因进行分析和扩大检查,得出频繁爆管原因是低温过热器管材存在原始制造缺陷所致,并提出了防止缺陷管的产生及其进入安装现场的建议。

Through the analyses on the frequent leakage of low-temperature superheater pipe and expanded inspection,it is concluded that frequent pipe explosion attributes to the pipe＇ original defects in manufacture,in view of which,suggestions are put forward to avoid the defects in manufacturing and prevent the unqualified pipe being installed.
