摘要
目前根据巨噬细胞活化状态及功能不同大致分为2种,即M1和M2型巨噬细胞。M1细胞即为经典活化巨噬细胞(classically activated macrophages,CAM),具有吞噬杀菌,释放炎症介质,提呈抗原和启动适应性免疫应答的功能,是机体抵御外物的重要防线。
