我国菠萝生产现状及研究概况

Current status of pineapple production and research in China

近年来我国菠萝种植面积、产量及单产稳定增加,但品种结构比较单一。我国菠萝研究多集中在栽培、生理生化及加工利用等方面,资源利用、选育种等研究相对较少;且栽培、生理及加工利用方面研究多为简单的栽培技术及加工工艺,对其相关的机理机制缺乏进一步的研究。

In recent years,the area harvested,the production quantity and yield of pineapple in China was stably increasing.But there were few pineapple cultivars in China.The researches of pineapple were mostly focused on cultivation,physio-biochemistry,processing and utilization.There were few researches on the germplasm resource utilization and breeding.Also the researches on cultivation,physio-biochemistry,and processing utilization were concentrated in simple cultivation techniques and processing technology,but little focus on their mechanisms.
