7个国外腰果品种株型多样性分析 被引量:5

Analysis on the phenotypic diversity of plant traits in seven cashew varieties

摘要 利用统计分析方法,对国外7个腰果品种的28月龄实生植株株高、冠幅、主干长度和主干直径等19个株型性状指标进行株型多样性分析。结果表明,主干长度性状差异最大,变异系数达124.5%,其次为一级分枝数量,变异系数达87.0%;株高、成熟叶片长度和宽度性状差异较小,变异系数为9.34%、8.45%和10.2%;其他株型性状变异范围为17.6%~66.3%。在方差分析中,除株高、叶片宽度和三级分枝直径3个性状外,其余16个性状均现显著差异。在相关分析中19个株型性状间多呈现显著或极显著正相关。7个腰果品种的实生植株经聚类得3类腰果植株群体。7个腰果品种株型多样性丰富,在腰果育种中具有潜在的利用价值。 The paper investigated phenotypic variation on nineteen traits of 28-month-old seedings of seven cashew varieties such as plant height,crown width,trunk length and trunk diameter etc,with combination of statistic analysis methods.The results were as follews:Among nineteen phenotypic traits,the variation of trunk length was the greatest,and the coefficient of variation added to 124.5%,followed by first branch number,87.0%;the variation of three traits,included plant height,leaf length and width were the lowest,respectively 9.34%,8.45% and 10.2% ;the variant coefficent of other traitsranged between 17.6% and 66.3%.Using variance trait showed an apparent difference except for plant height,leaf width and diameter of third branches.The positive correlation among nineteen phenotypic traits was conspicuous or highly conspicuous by correlation analysis.According to the cluster analysis,the seven populations could be divided into three groups.The phenotypic diversity of seven cashew varieties was potential and valuable in cashew breeding.
