番茄和马铃薯晚疫病菌的SSR基因型分析 被引量:6

摘要 利用SSR分子标记分析了33株番茄晚疫病菌和12株马铃薯晚疫病菌株的基因型,所测番茄晚疫病菌株共发现B-03和B-052种基因型,其中31个菌株为B-03基因型,占93.9%,2个菌株为B-05基因型菌株,占6.1%;12株马铃薯晚疫病菌株均为F-01基因型。说明两种病菌均只有一种基因型占主导地位,且2种致病疫霉的基因型存在差异。 33 tomato isolates and 12 potato isolates were detected,two SSR genotypes were recognized on tomato,which were B-03 and B-05,31 isolates were B-03 accounting for 93.9% and 2 isolates were B-05 accounting for 6.1%,respectively,and the SSR genotype of the potato isolates was F-01,which indicated that only one genotype play the leading role,and the genotypes of the two kinds of Phytophthora infestans were different.
