摘要
长期以来,运营效率不高是制约农村合作经济发展的根本原因。组织内部因素是影响合作经济组织运营效率的关键因素。对影响广东省农村合作经济组织运营效率的内部因素进行分析,探究阻碍合作经济组织健康发展的主要制约因素,并提出了效率改进措施。
Low operating efficiency is the basic restrictive reason of the rural cooperatives.The internal factors are key aspects affecting the cooperatives organization operation efficiency.This paper analyzed the internal factors affecting Guangdong Province rural cooperatives operating efficiency,inquired into the main restrictive factors of cooperatives development healthily and also proposed the measure.
