河南省农村中学阳光体育运动开展现状及社会保障体系研究

The Study of the Current Situation of the Sunshine Sports at Middle School in Henan and the Social Security System

从《国家中学生体质健康标准》的实施、课外体育活动时间、活动项目等方面来分析河南省农村中学开展阳光体育运动的现状,以及制约其发展的影响因素.研究表明:河南省农村中学全面实施《中学生体质健康标准》的比例偏低;每天学生课外体育活动时间绝大部分低于半小时;学生的大部分项目集中在慢跑和球类上.制约其发展的因素主要是经费投入不足以及场地器材缺乏等问题.并从加大经费投入、完善各级各类制度与管理体制、加强体育师资队伍建设等方面,提出构建阳光体育运动的社会保障体系.

The paper analyzes the current situation of sunshine sports at middle school in Henan and some unfavorable influencing factors,from the enforcement of the National Physical Health Standards for Middle School Students,after-class activities,and activity items.The study reveals： there is a low proportion in the enforcement of the National Physical Health Standards for Middle School Students;less than half an hour for after-class activities everyday;activity items are chlefly ball games and jogging.The unfavorable factors are insufficient fund investment,lack of ground and equipment.The paper,from the increase of the fund investment,improving the management systems,strenthening teaching staff,puts forward the establishment of social security system of sunshine sports.
