摘要
介绍了华佗五禽戏发展的现状.华佗五禽戏是安徽省民族传统体育"地方品牌",但目前安徽省高校尚未开设华佗五禽戏方面的课程.华佗五禽戏符合大学体育课程教学特点,其简单易学,场地要求低,适合人群广泛,便于推广.高校开设华佗五禽戏有利于大学课程体系的改革、学生身心健康的发展、终身体育的形成,同时在创建和谐社会,继承弘扬发展传统文化,提高民族文化认同等方面有积极作用,如能从实际出发妥善解决认识、师资等方面的问题,安徽省高校开设华佗五禽戏是可行的.
The paper introduces the development of Hua Tuo＇s five mimic-animal boxing.It is the local brand of traditional folk sports in Anhui.But now no college has opened it.It is fit for the college sports teaching,whereever and whoever,easy to learn,easy to promote.Opening this course is favorable for the course reform at college,for students＇ physical and mental growth,and lasting PE building.Meanwhile,it plays an active role in developing traditional culture,and raising the recognition of national culture.If we are aware of the problems of teachers and other ones,it is feasible to open the course.
