摘要
用几丁质作为唯一碳源,从水稻田土中成功分离筛选出一株具有较强几丁质分泌能力的菌株JDZ1。通过单因素法对此菌株生长条件进行优化,结果表明最佳理化条件为:温度35℃、pH7.6,转速250rpm,发酵28h。同时,采用酶活力测定优化研究,结果显示,在温度为35℃、pH7.5条件下,酶活力最强。
Chitin was used as sole carbon , screening a bacterium strain with great abilities of producing chitin from paddy field successfully. Optimization growth conditions of bacterium strain through single factor method. The optimum conditions shows that , 35℃ , pH 7.6, 250rpm for 28h.By the same time, research on optimization by enzyme activity determination, the condition of maximum enzyme activity with 35℃、pH 7.5.
