摘要
目的:观察生脉注射液对内毒素血症大鼠心功能的作用。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、内毒素血症模型组(LPS组)及生脉治疗组(SM组),每组20只。LPS组采用注射内毒素(L ipopolysaccha-rides,LPS)造模;SM组造模后立即经尾静脉注射生脉注射液4mL/kg体重。12h后经右颈总动脉左心室内插管监测各组大鼠左心室功能变化,同时检测血清心肌酶谱的含量。结果:内毒素血症状态下左心室收缩峰压(LVPP)、左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、左心室压力上升/下降最大速率(±dp/dtm ax)均有不同程度改变,应用生脉注射液后可明显改善心肌酶谱各项指标。结论:生脉注射液改善内毒素血症状态下心功能障碍,其机制可能与下调心肌酶谱和炎症因子水平有关。
Objective:To investigate the effect of SHENGMAI injection on cardiac function in rats with endotoxin.Methods:60 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into Control group,endotoxin group(LPS group) and treatment group with SHENGMAI injection(SM gruop),with 20 rats in each group.In LPS group,Lipopolysaccharides(LPS) was injected to induce endotoxin.SM injection(4 mL/ kg) was administered through caudal vein in SM group after LPS.A catheter was placed through right common carotid artery to the left ventricle 12 hours after the model was made.Left ventricular function was monitored,and serum concentrations of myocardial enzyme levels were measured.Results:In rats with endotoxin,there were decreases in left ventricular peak systolic pressure(LVPP) and maximum ascending rate of intraventricular pressure(+dp/dt max),and increases in left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) and maximum descending rate of intraventricular pressure(±dp/dt max).But these changes were ameliorated after treatment with SHENGMAI injection.Myocardial enzyme levels were increased significantly in rats with endotoxin,and were decreased by SHENGMAI injection.Conclusions:SHENGMAI injection improves cardiac function in rats with endotoxin,possibly through down regulating serum myocardial enzyme levels and inflammatory factors levels.
