益气活血法治疗SIRS患者的研究现状

The Current Research on Critically ILL Patients with Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome Treated by Qi-supplementing and Blood-activating Method

全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)是现代医学从分子生物学的角度对危重症病理生理过程的认识,其可引起多器官功能损害或衰竭,是机体遭受各种打击后过度释放各种炎性介质引起的失控性全身炎症反应。本文从中医辨证施治理论角度,介绍SIRS的病因病机,益气活血法治疗SIRS患者的作用机制,为SIRS的治疗提供新的思路和方法。

Systemic inflammatory response syndrome is understanding of pathophysiology about critical illness in the Modern medicine from the perspective of molecular biology.It can cause multiple organ damage or failure.it＇s an uncontrolled systemic inflammatory response caused by all kinds of inflammatory mediators while the body is subjected to a variety of combat.From the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiation theory,this article elaborates the pathogenesis of SIRS and treatment of patients with Qi-supplementing and blood-activating method mechanism of SIRS,then we can provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of SIRS.
