摘要
目的:制备符合要求的斑蝥素羟丙基β-环糊精原位凝胶剂。方法:本实验以斑蝥素为模型药物,选用冷冻干燥法制备包合物,然后以泊洛沙姆407(P-407)为基质制备斑蝥素羟丙基β-环糊精包合物温敏原位凝胶。结果:成功的制备了斑蝥素羟丙基β-环糊精包合物,并将其进一步制成了温敏型原位凝胶,同时考察了处方因素对制剂性质的影响。结论:以泊洛沙姆407为基质可以制备斑蝥素羟丙基β-环糊精包合物温敏原位凝胶,工艺简便,制剂稳定。
Objective:To prepare stable in situ gel containing cantharidin loaded HP-β-CD inclusion complex.Methods:Firstly,inclusion compound was prepared by freeze-dried method and the structure was proved by UV method.Secondly,thermosensitive in situ gel was prepared with P-407.Results: Based on the references and Pre-experiment,the feasibility of inclusion compounds was prepared.Furthermore,the inclusion compounds were prepared into thermosensitive in situ gel.Conclusion:Thermosensitive in situ gel containing cantharidin loaded HP-β-CD inclusion complex was prepared with convenient technology and stability.
