农产品供应链管理的核心是协调,协调机制是供应链科学管理的依据。本文通过我国农产品供应链失调后果表现,对农产品供应链失调的原因加以分析,进一步从供应链的战略目标、运行机制、基于契约的利益协调机制、基于信息技术的协调机制、基于运营能力的协调机制,并发挥政府与农业行业协会的协调作用这几个方面入手构建我国农产品供应链的协调机制,改善农产品供应链的协调效果,提高我国农产品供应链的竞争力。
