英汉时间隐喻共性认知分析

Cognitive Comparison of Similarities between English and Chinese Temporal Metaphors

传统隐喻研究只限于在修辞学上的研究,而现代隐喻研究已超越语言本身的范围,人们开始从符号学、心理学、语用学、语义学、语言心理学等不同角度去分析,从认知的角度来研究隐喻的本质更是当今隐喻学研究的重心。英汉两种语言中都有大量的表达时间的隐喻,这些时间隐喻存在着一定的共性,而这些共性源于人类相同的身体体验和日常生活经验。

Traditional metaphor study was limited to rhetorical,while modern metaphor study encompasses semeiology,psychology,pragmatics,semantics and psycholinguistics,leading to the cognitive approach of metaphor study.There are a large number of temporal metaphors in both English and Chinese which share many similarities.These similarities have to do with common human body experiences and life experience.
