地方高校图书馆对学报资源的利用

On Utilization of Journal Resources by the Local University Library

长期以来,本校学报编辑部与外校学报编辑部交换的高校学报资料上千种,大多数高校得以利用也仅限于编辑部工作人员自己,未能走出学报编辑部;有一部分高校,其能被图书馆利用,面向全校师生,也存在这样或那样的不足。本文就地方高校图书馆对学报编辑部学报资源利用的意义、存在的问题及对策试作思考。

The journal editorial department of this university and those of other universities have for long exchanged over a thousand kinds of university academic journal materials,which in most universities are only utilized within the editorial department staff.In some universities,they can be utilized by the library for the entire school teachers and students,however,there exist many problems.This article deals with the significance of journal resource utilization by the university library,existing problems in it and some countermeasures.
