摘要
以淮北市社会福利中心规划设计为例,对新的开发管理模式作了探讨,并对其区位条件、规划理念、建筑设计理念等进行了阐述,通过复合开发模式的实施,从而满足多方需求,营造宜人的适居环境。
With Huaibei city social welfare center planning and design as an example, this paper discusses new development and management mode, and probes into its location conditions, planning concept, architectural design concepts, etc. Through implementing reviewing development mode, it meets various demands and creates pleasant dwelling environment.
