除氟磷改性沸石活化条件研究

摘要 考察了沸石的预处理、浸泡时间、固液比及改性沸石的干燥温度等活化条件对氟化物处理效果的影响,得到改性沸石的最佳制备情况:在600℃下充分焙烧2 h,沸石和磷酸的反应时间为12 h,磷酸和沸石的液固比为10∶1,磷改性沸石制得后自然风干,可制得除氟率86%的磷改性沸石。 The experiment of the modified zeolite has inspected various conditions on the effect of fluoride treatment in this paper, such as, the pretreatment, soaking time, solid-liquid ratio, the drying temperature of modified zeolite and so on. And the best preparation of modified zeolite is obtained. Then calcined it for 2 h at 600 ℃. It is 12 h that the reaction time of zeolite and the phosphoric acid. The dosage of phosphoric acid is 10: 1. Lastly, phosphorus modified zeolite is dry in natural. Phosphorus modified zeolite with fluoride removal rate of 86% is obtained.
