Based on the thinking of the sustainable development in the project construction, briefly expounds the connotation of Green Supply Chain Management concept, analysis the sustainable development issues of the current project construction, and then introduce the Green Supply Chain Management to the project management, in order to realize the sustainable development of the project management.
