针对施工企业存在的不确定性和高风险性,着眼于研究施工企业的经营风险构成及特点,分析了其具体来源,通过理性分析决策,提出了严格投标、合同管理,加强施工管理,严格采购等手段,以加强经营风险的管理。
In view of the uncertainty and high risk of construction enterprises, focusing on management risk structure and characteristics of construction enterprises, this thesis analyzes its specific source. Through rational analysis and decision, it puts forward strict bidding, contract management, strengthening construction management, strict purchasing and other means, in order to strengthen the management of operational risk.
