通过分析工程项目低价中标的主要影响,从几方面入手,分别对建设工程项目管理、资金管理等作了论述,同时提出了合理化建议,以期保证成本压力下的项目综合效益。

Through analyzing main influences of engineering project winning the bid with low-priced, starting from several aspects, this article respectively discusses construction engineering project management and fund management, simultaneously, proposes reasonable proposals, so as to ensure the comprehensive project benefits under cost pressure.
