摘要
针对目前监理企业间日趋激烈的竞争现状,探讨了国内监理企业的发展战略,分别提出了人才战略,品牌战略,经营战略并作了具体阐述,以期指导国内监理企业顺应时代发展潮流,及时调整战略,增强竞争力。
In light of current fierce competition situation among supervision enterprises, this thesis discusses the development strategy of domestic supervision enterprises, respectively proposes and specifically expounds talent strategy, brand strategy, and management strategy, so as to guide domestic supervision enterprises to follow the development trend, to timely adjust strategy, and to enhance competitiveness.
