当前建筑工程造价管理存在的缺陷及对策

阐述了工程造价管理的涵义,针对目前我国工程造价管理中存在的工程报价决策基础薄弱、承包管理体制不规范、管理人员素质不高等问题进行了分析,提出了相应的对策并具体说明,以期提高工程造价管理效率。

This paper describes the definition of engineering cost management, analyzes issues existing current engineering cost management, such as weak engineering bid quotation decision-making base, nonstandard contract management system, and low quality of management personnel, and proposes corresponding measures and the specific instructions, so as to improve the efficiency of engineering cost management.
