摘要 目的 观察益生菌和水苏糖共同作用下对大鼠血脂和免疫功能的影响.方法 用高脂饲料喂养大鼠,以洛伐他汀为阳性对照物,以不同种益生菌加水苏糖喂养实验组大鼠,在实验开始前和开始后30d时检测各组大鼠血清TC,TG和免疫指标,与对照组比较.结果 益生菌喂养组大鼠血中TC及TG均明显低于对照组(P〈0.01),免疫指标明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组大鼠血中TC及TG均明显低于益生菌组(P〈0.01),免疫指标与益生菌组相比无明显变化(P〉0.05).结论 水苏糖能显著提高益生菌降低血脂的作用. Objective To study the influence of prebiotics and stachyose on blood lipids and immune function of rats. Methods Rats were fed with high fat diet, with lovastatin as positive control. The experimental rats were fed with different kinds of probiotic bacteria and Stachyose. The serum TC,TG and some immune index were detected before and 30 days after the experiment, and these data were compared with that of the control group. Results Blood TC and TG of probiotics feeding rats were significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and immune parameters of the experimental group was significantly higher( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Blood TC and TG of experimental rats were significantly lower than that of the probiotic group(P 〈0.01 ) ,and the immune parameters were not change compared with the probiotic group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Stachyose can significantly increase the role of probiotics to reduce blood lipids.
