This article describes principles,primer design,PCR amplification,detection methods of PCR products,characteristics of molecular markers and band patterns of two types of targeted molecular marker techniques （CDDP and PAAP）. Then their technical features and technical advantages were summarized. Finally,their applications in the future were discussed.
