颅内后循环动脉瘤的诊断及治疗(附41例报告) 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨颅内后循环动脉瘤的诊断及治疗。方法回顾分析2007年1月至2009年6月我科收治的41例颅内后循环动脉瘤患者资料,Hunt&Hess分级0级7例,I级10例,Ⅱ级20例,Ⅲ级3例,Ⅳ级1例,其中开颅手术4例,介入治疗30例,开颅及介入治疗1例,未行外科而采用内科治疗6例。结果根据GOS评分,41例患者中,出院时41例中好23例,差15例,死亡3例。仅l7例经出院后3个月至1.5年随访,其中好12例,差2例,死亡3例。结论 DSA尤其3D-DSA是诊断颅内后循环动脉瘤的金标准,颅内后循环动脉瘤以介入治疗为主,其治疗应遵循个体化原则。
