摘要
目的探究心肌缺血时心电ST段幅值偏差及T波幅值偏差、心率之间的关联性。方法基于欧洲ST-T数据库的心电数据,在噪声抑制、特征点定位、瞬时心率计算、ST段与T波幅值测量的基础上,分析ST段幅值偏差、T波幅值偏差、心率指标在缺血型ST事件与非缺血型事件中的差异。结果较之正常心电,发生心肌缺血时,ST段幅值偏差增大、T波幅值偏差增大、心率增大,且3者之间存在一定的关联性。结论基于心电图判断心肌缺血时,应当充分利用ST段水平、T波幅值、心率之间的同步性变化。
Objective To analyze the relationship among ST segment deviation, T wave amplitude deviation and heart rate during myocardial ischemia. Methods Based on the processing of noise suppression, feature points detection, transient heart rate computation as well as amplitude measurement of ST segment and T wave with European ST-T database, the differentiation of ST amplitude deviation, T wave amplitude deviation and heart rate between ischemic ST events and non-ischemic events were analyzed. Results Compared with normal elec- trocardiogram (ECG), amplitude deviation of ST segment, amplitude deviation of T wave, and heart rate in myocardial isehemia were increased. There was certain relationship among these indices. Conclusion Myocar- dial ischemia detection based on ECG should make full use of the simultaneous changes among ST segment lev- el T wave amplitude and heart rate.
