盐酸阿比朵尔的抗柯萨奇B_3病毒及免疫调节作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过盐酸阿比朵尔的体内抗病毒及免疫功能的研究,探讨盐酸阿比朵尔治疗病毒性心肌炎的可能机制。方法以柯萨奇B3病毒构建小鼠病毒性心肌炎模型,灌胃给予不同浓度的盐酸阿比朵尔药液治疗7d、30d后,分别测定小鼠心肌病毒滴度和部分免疫指标。结果盐酸阿比朵尔3个剂量组与病毒对照组的㏒TCID50差值均大于1,并且可以诱生小鼠体内IFN水平升高,LPO含量降低,SOD活性增强,促进小鼠淋巴细胞的增值反应,提升小鼠NK细胞的杀伤活性,抑制心肌酶LDH的释放。结论盐酸阿比朵尔对病毒性心肌炎具有明显地治疗作用,其作用途径是多方面的,但是免疫功能的调节及体内氧自由基的快速清除可能是其治疗病毒性心肌炎的主要机制之一。 Objective In the antivirus and immunology studies, we discussed the potential mechanism that Arbidol Hydroehloride (AHYD) was used to treat viral Myoearditis. Methods The model of viral Myocarditis infected by Coxsackie B3 were treated with different concentrations of AHYD by the intragastric administration, after 7 d and 30 d, measured virus titer and immunological index respectively. Results The difference between 3 dose groups of AHYD and viral control' s LogTCID50 all exceed 1, and induced increase in IFN production in vivo and decrease in LPO content, activated SOD, stimulated mouse lymphocyte proliferation, enhanced killing capability of mouse NK cells, inactivate LDH releasing. Condusion It has been proved that AHYD had a definite medical effect on viral Myoearditis. Although treatment routes were diverse, its capabilities of regulating immunological function and clearing oxygen free radical would be one of the prime mechanisms for treating viral Myocarditis.
