摘要
目的研究尿液在不同条件的储存待检过程中氟含量值的变化。方法常规收集健康成人尿样,在不同条件下储存并分别于采样后3、7、15d、1、3、6个月采用氟离子选择电极法检测氟含量,比较时间、温度以及防腐对尿氟值的影响。结果尿氟含量从第3d至第6个月下降了0.156~1.266mg/L,尿样防腐保存与不防腐保存在-20℃,0~4℃下时有显著性差异,在室温下差异不显著;无防腐剂的尿样比加防腐的尿样氟含量值下降明显;尿氟含量值随保存时间延长均有下降,尤其是在保存1个月后下降明显。结论待检时间、防腐剂的使用、温度都是影响尿氟含量变化的因素,尿样保存的适宜条件应在-20℃、0~4℃下防腐保存,以15d内检测为宜。
Objective To explore the changes of fluorine concentrations of the urine samples in different storage conditions. Methods The urine samples were collected from healthy adults routinely, laid in different conditions and the fluorine content was determined using F - ion selective electrode method in 3 days, 7 days, 15 days, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after the sampling. The influences of time,temperature and anti - corrosion on the urine fluoride concentration were compared. Results From the first three days to the first 6 months, the fluorine content fell 0. 156 tol. 266 mg/L. The fluorine contents in the urine processed with anti - corrosion and without anticorrosive stored in - 20℃ , 0 to 4℃ have significant difference, no significant difference at room temperature was found. The fluorine content in the urine samples without anti - eon'osion processing decreased obviously than that with anti - corrosion processing. Urine fluorine content declined significantly with time prolonged, especially in the preserved samples at one month later. Conclusions The detecting time, the use of antiseptic and the temperature are all the factors, and they could influence the urine fluorine concentrations. It is suggested that the best method for urine preservation is that the urine sample for fluorine determination should be put in - 20℃ or - 40℃ with anti - corrosion processing and detected in 15 days.
