先天性单支冠状动脉致心绞痛一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,50岁,因＂反复活动后胸闷、胸痛5年余＂入院.患者5年前在无明显诱因下出现活动时胸闷、胸痛症状,停止活动后约10 min左右可缓解,或含服麝香保心丸或硝酸甘油片也可缓解,患者平素无高血压、糖尿病病史,月经正常.曾入多家医院诊治,诊为心脏神经症并给予相关治疗,效果不佳,为进一步明确诊断今入上海市奉贤区中心医院.查体：心前区无压痛,心界无扩大,心率72次/min,律齐,各瓣膜区未闻及病理性杂音;双下肢无浮肿.
