影像表现为多发结节的肺感染可由多种病原体引起,其中分枝杆菌和霉菌感染是常见的病原体,其他病原体也可出现;本文分析这类疾病的影像学特点,探讨此类疾病的鉴别诊断要点。
Feature of multiple nodules in pulmonary is a popular manifestation of infectious diseases, and can be caused by many pathogens, including tuberculosis, fungus and various bacteria. The authors describe the radiological manifestations and review the imaging features of these diseases.
