Radiologic Manifestation of Pulmonary Cryptococcosis

肺隐球菌病有逐年增多趋势,其影像学表现具有多样性,但至今为止尚无特征性的影像学表现得到大家认可。肺外周分布的肺结节-肿块是其主要影像学表现,并常常与肺癌鉴别有难度,其他表现包括各种表现形式的实变,需要与肺炎、肺结核等鉴别。

In recent years, there were more pulmonary cryptococcoses reported. The radiologic findings were variable, and no characteristic features were recognized. Pulmonary nodules/masses were the most findings among such patients and needed to be differentiated with primary lung cancer. Others features included kinds of consolidation which needed to be differentiated with pneumonia and tuberculosis.
