There are many differences in pulmonary infections between hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT） recipients and immunocompetent patients. CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of pulmonary infections after HSCT. In this article, the features of pulmonary infections, the CT application in the diagnosis of pulmonary infections and the CT findings of common pulmonary infections after HSCT are introduced.
