摘要
手足口病(HFMD)是肠道病毒引起的一种儿童传染病,目前流行的HFMD主要由肠道病毒EV71引起,除了可以引起儿童肺炎外,还可以引起心肌损害,可以侵犯神经系统致无菌性炎症并引起神经源性肺水肿。影像学检查可以很好地显示肺部改变和神经系统改变,帮助临床处理。
Hand-foot-mouth Disease （HFMD） is an epidemic disease in children caused by enterovirus, mostly EV71 nowadays.Besides causing pediatric pneumonia, HFMD could make myocardial damage,aseptic central nervous inflammation and neurogenic lung edema. Imaging examination could reveal the changes of lung and central nervous system in detail,and help the management of HFMD.
