摘要 胃肠道除了具有消化吸收功能外,还是人体一道重要的自然防御屏障。肠道屏障功能障碍不仅由消化系统疾病本身引起,胃肠道也是全身其他系统严重病变最易累及的靶器官之一。肠道屏障功能障碍是内毒素移位的前提条件,而肝脏的网状内皮系统作为第二道防御线,经门静脉系统与肠道屏障相辅相成。因此,肠道—肝脏屏障的防御与内毒素的移位是辩证的对立统一关系。 In addition to the digestive functions, the gastrointestinal tract also plays an important role as a natural defense barrier. Intestinal barrier dysfunction can be caused by the disease of the digestive system itself, and also was the target organ of severe disease of other systems. Gut barrier dysfunction was a prerequisite for lipopolysaccharide (LPS) translocation, and the hepatic reticuloendothelial system as a second line of defense barrier is a complement to the gut barrier through the portal vein system. Therefore, the intestinal-liver barrier defense and endotoxin translocation have a dialectical relationship between the unities of opposites.
