胆道闭锁患儿肝脏组织肥大细胞的表达及意义 被引量:3

Expression of mast cell correlated with clinical outcomes in children with biliary atresia

摘要 目的探讨胆道闭锁患儿肝脏组织肥大细胞表达及其与肝脏病变程度及预后的关系。方法 30例胆道闭锁患儿肝脏组织标本,肥大细胞采用甲苯胺兰染色和免疫组织化学染色。根据临床肝功能将患儿分为预后良好组与预后不良组,并取非消化系统疾病死亡的新生儿尸检肝脏标本作为对照组,比较各组肝组织肥大细胞表达情况。结果胆道闭锁患儿肥大细胞数显著多于对照组(P<0.01),预后不良组肥大细胞数显著多于预后良好组(P<0.05)。结论肥大细胞参与胆道闭锁患儿肝脏损害、纤维化等病理过程,肥大细胞过度表达与胆道闭锁患儿肝脏的纤维化程度及预后密切相关。 Objective To assess the mast cells expression of the liver in patients with biliary atresia, and to analyze the relationships between the mast cells expression, liver damage, and the prognosis in pediatric patients with biliary atresia. Methods The mast cells expression of the liver in patients with biliary atresia were assayed by toluidine blue and immunohistoehemieal stain (chymase). Based on patients liver function, 30 pediatric patients with biliary atresia were divided into two groups (good and poor outcome groups). Five liver samples autopsy infants who were died of non digestive tract diseases were served as control. Results The degree of mast cells expression was higher in patients with biliary atresia than that in controls, higher in poor outcome group than that in good outcome group, higher in severe fibrosis group than that of in mild fibrosis group. Conclusions Mast cells may play an important role in progressive liver damage and fibrosis in patients with biliary atresia. The over expression of mast cell in the liver of patients with biliary atresia indicates more severe degree of liver fibrosis and poorer prognosis of patients with biliary atresia.
