成人肠旋转不良CT诊断与临床分析

CT diagnostic value and clinical analysis of intestinal malrotation in adults

目的:探讨CT对成人肠旋转不良的诊断价值及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析经手术证实11例成人肠旋转不良患者CT及临床资料,并与手术结果进行对比。结果:8例肠系膜根部出现"漩涡征",4例十二指肠上动、静脉有"换位征",3例肠系膜下静脉旋转至右下腹部,同时可见十二指肠及空肠上段位于右上腹部。结论:"漩涡征"和"换位征"是成人肠旋转不良的特征性CT表现。

Objective To evaluate the CT diagnostic value to intestinal malrotation and its clinical significance in adults.Methods The CT and clinical findings of 11 patients surgically confirmed intestinal malrotation were analyzed retrospectively,and the results were compared with pathological results.Results Eight cases were found ＂whirl sign＂ in the root of superior mesenteric artery.The superior mesenteric artery and superior mesenteric vein demonstrated ＂transposition sign＂ in 4 cases.The inferior mesenteric vein was located in right lower abdomen in 3 cases.At the same time,duodenum and upper jejunum was located in right upper abdomen.Conclusion ＂Whirl sign＂ and ＂transposition sign＂ are the characteristic CT findings of intestinal malrotation in adults.
