组胺对脑缺血的作用及其机制研究进展

摘要 中枢组胺作为一种神经递质或调质,在脑缺血后神经损伤及神经功能恢复中发挥重要调节作用,其参与调节脑缺血各个阶段的病理发生过程,提示组胺是一种具有临床应用前景的多靶点脑保护剂。深入研究组胺与脑缺血的内在关系,将为组胺类药物应用于临床奠定基础,为脑缺血的治疗开拓新的方向。 Histamine is recognized as an important neurotransmitter or neuromodulator in the central nervous system,which plays an important role in regulating neuronal damage and neurological functional recovery after cerebral ischemia.Histamine is involved in each phase of ischemic pathological processes,and it is expected to be a novel multi-target-directed brain protective agent.Understanding the protective mechanisms of histamine in cerebral ischemia provides a basis for the clinical application of the histaminergic drugs.
