Relationship between insulin resistance and lipid profile abnormalities

摘要 目的了解胰岛素抵抗(IR)和血脂异常的关系。方法 IR用胰岛素稳态模型评估(HOMA-IR=FPG(mg/dl)×FIns(mU/L)/405),入选患者空腹测定血脂,并行OGTT试验。结果血脂异常组HOMA-IR高于血脂正常组(P<0.05),HOMA-IR用四分位数分析,随HOMA-IR的升高,TG、TC、LDL-C的数值均逐渐增加,但HOMA-IR仅和TG的变化有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论和血脂正常的患者相比,高TG血症患者的IR显著增加。 Objective To understand the relationship between lipid profile abnormalities and insulin resistance(IR). Methods IR was assessed by homeostasis model assessment. Fasting lipids and 75g OGTT were performed in the study population. Results Dislipidemic patients had significantly higher HOMA-IR than did normal lipids individuals(3.39±6.35 vs 2.50±4.28,P〈0.05). The prevalence of high TG,high TC and high LDL-C were gradually increased across quartiles of HOMA-IR by using chisquare analysis. But only differences in TG increments between different quartile groups showed statistical significance (all P〈0. 01). Conclusions Insulin resistance is higher in hypertriglyceridemic subjects than in normo-lipidemic subjects.
