摘要 目的比较不同测定方法对大鼠外周运动神经传导速度(MNCV)测定结果的影响。方法分别以在体间接测定和分离神经后间接测定方法测定大鼠运动神经兴奋传导时间,比较所得到的MNCV之间的差异。结果在体和分离神经所测得的传导时间和传导速度值之间均无明显性差异,且测定结果之间均显著相关。结论采用在体测定与分离神经测定所得到的大鼠MNCV之间具有一致性,两种方法均能反映MNCV的变化情况。 Objective To investigate the effect of assay methods on the values of motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) in rat. Methods Conduction times of MNCV after stimulating sciatic nerve in situ versus in isolation were determined in the same rat, and compared between the two ways. Results MNCV values and latency showed a remarkable consistency between in situ and in isolation of sciatic nerve stimulations. Conclusions There is no statistically significant difference in MNCV values between nerve stimulations in situ and in isolation.
