肝细胞生长因子和糖尿病肾病研究进展

摘要 糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)作为糖尿病的严重慢性并发症,是导致终末期肾衰竭的首要致病原因,肝细胞生长因子在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展中起重要作用,包括阻断TGF-β1(transforming growth factor,TGF-β1)的作用,促进局部细胞外基质降解等,本文就肝细胞生长因子在糖尿病肾病中的作用及研究现状作一综述,希望对糖尿病肾病的治疗能提供一些参考。
