摘要
在实验室条件下,通过对虾养殖和混养海湾扇贝两组实验,对池水溶解有机碳及其动态特征作了初步分析,结果表明:溶解有机碳(DOC)在对虾饲喂前期呈几何对数增长,其中混养池(ex-1)的增长曲线呈阶段性增长态势;单养池(ex-2)则表现为急速增长。有机物溶解速率呈指数衰减趋势,经回归拟合得速率方程为Ⅰ-RA1=-ln(CAt/CA0)=09917-0010017t2;Ⅱ-RA2=-ln(CAt/CA0)=1415-001429t2。
Primary analysis about the kinetic characteristic of the dissolved organic carbon in prawn culture pool have been made through two groups of culture experiments of the prawns or the prawns and Bay Scallops were mixed up in laboratory.Results shown:the concentration dissolved organic carbon(DOC)was increased at geometrical logarithm status at first prawns were fed.One of all,increased curve by mixed culture means(ex-1)was increased at the stages state;and ones by single species culture means(ex-2)was increased at a rapid.The dissolved velocity of the organism was decreased at the index status.That velocity equations were got by means of regression are as follow:I.-RA1=-ln(CAt/CA0)=09917-0010017t2;-RA2=-ln(CAt/CA0)=1415-001429t2
