摘要
用12头泌乳奶山羊建立代谢调控模型,研究了代谢调控模型建立术后疏通血管插管的4种方法。其中皮下注射肝素钠和早晚推注肝素生理盐水的方法效果较差,静脉24 h滴注25 IU/mL肝素生理盐水的方法差于连续24 h静脉滴注50 IU/mL肝素生理盐水。向静脉导管缓慢推注0.5 g/mL烧碱溶液的方法对疏通静脉导管的效果最好。通过本试验,血管导管的阻塞问题得到了有效的解决,从而为动物的营养代谢研究提供了保障。
This experiment used twelve milk goat seting the metabolism regulation model to study four methods for deoppilant the blood catheter.In the four methods,the effects of giving the heparin sodium injection under skin and into the blood catheter were not good,and giving the heparin sodium injection 50 IU/mL for 24 h was better than that of 25 IU/mL.While putting caustic soda solution into blood catheter was the best way to deoppilant the blood catheter.From this study,the obstructive problem of blood catheter was solved efficiently,thus provided basic information for metabolism regulation.
