鸭出血症葡萄球菌A蛋白的协同凝集试验的建立

Development of SPA Co-agglutination Test for Determination of Duck Hemorrhagic Disease

用富含A蛋白的金黄色葡萄球菌国际标准菌株Cowan Ⅰ致敏兔抗鸭出血症高免血清,建立检测鸭出血症病毒的葡萄球菌A蛋白(SPA)协同凝集试验。试验表明,该方法简单、快速、特异、敏感,2 min内可判定结果,对病毒抗原的最低检出量为0.014 mg/mL,比血凝及血凝抑制试验敏感性高12倍。该方法能检出攻毒鸭,适用于临床诊断。

To study a convenient and fast diagnosis method of duck hemorrhagic disease（DHD）.A SPA co-agglutination test for determination of DHD was established by staphylococal protein A（SPA） combining rabbit anti-DHDV hyperimmune serum.The method was proved to be simple,quick,specific and sensitive.It could obtain the result within 2 minutes.The minimum detection of viral antigen quantity was 0.014 mg/mL.The sensitivity of the method was 12 times higher than that of hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests.The method can detect ducks infected with the virus,and it was suitable for clinical diagnosis of DHD.
