摘要 在回顾iPS细胞研究的基础上,针对肝细胞治疗的研究现状,就iPS细胞诱导分化为肝细胞的研究进展及其在肝病细胞治疗中的潜力进行了探讨,并提出了目前面对的主要问题,希望促进iPS细胞在肝病细胞治疗上的应用。 In this review,we described the current state of the iPS cell technology and hepatocyte transplantation,and discussed the recent advancements of iPS cells differentiation into hepatocytes as well as its potential therapeutic applications in the liver disease.
