摘要
RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是有效双链RNA引起的转录后基因沉默(post-transcriptional gene silencing,PTGS)现象,为抑制mRNA分子合成蛋白提供了快速而相对简便的途径。RNAi现象普遍存在于真核生物,已经广泛应用于疾病相关基因的研究和药物作用靶点的筛选。为了更好地探究小鼠卵母细胞和胚胎中特定基因的功能,研究人员在这一特有生命形成阶段进行了RNAi技术的探索,并且取得了一定的研究进展。
RNA interference is post-transcriptional gene silencing which is triggered by efficient double-stranded RNA.It provides a quick and convenient approach to inhibit translation from mRNAs to proteins.RNAi can be found in various eukaryocytes.Nowadays,RNAi has been applied to research genes of diseases and target sites of drugs.Researches have investigated about mouse oocytes and embryoes in order to illustrate the important genes during mouse development.
